How come I am not receiving email notifications when there is motion detection?

Due to the high amount of motion based detection, NUVICO DVRs are designed to send e-mail notification only in cases of: Recording faults, HDD/Fan failure, HDD temperature alert, HDD near full, boot process completion (rebuild done), power interruption, DDNS registration failure, and alarm activation.
