NUVICO products are exclusively available through NUVICO's Authorized Resellers. Any NUVICO products sold by an unauthorized reseller, or products purchased from an unauthorized source, will not be honored or serviced under the existing NUVICO warranty policy. When purchasing NUVICO products, be sure to look for the 'NUVICO Authorized Reseller' logo, or contact our sales department at sales@nuvico.com.

Unauthorized use of any NUVICO intellectual property and registered mark may constitute trademarks infringement and unfair competition under Lanham Act, 15 United States Code Sections 1051, et seq., and at common law. NUVICO may take appropriate legal action against the unauthorized use of any NUVICO intellectual property and/or registered trademarks, to enforce our rights and remedies under the Lanham Act, 15 United States Code Sections 1051, et seq., and at common law.
